Typically, we bill the first working day of each month. Many aspects of our lives have not been typical since COVID-19 arrived.
As you know and have experienced, there are many intertwined factors involved in preparing for Fall semester at Denison. We delayed our Fall 2020 billing until 7/10 to accommodate as many of the evolving changes as possible. Typically, we do not produce updated bills during the month, but It made sense to do so this Fall. We have scheduled an additional billing for the end of the day on 7/23. This bill will show any account activity since the 7/10 billing (please note that any federal aid will not feed to your account until 8/7; until then it will appear as MEMOED FINANCIAL AID on each statement).
As always, between billings students and proxies can view subsequent changes to the account and aid in self-service.
You will know your 7/23 updated bill is ready to view when you receive the “Your Denison Statement is available for viewing” email (which is sent to the student's Denison email address and to all proxy email addresses that have been granted direct access to the student's statement).
